Position : SEO Executive Experience : 1+ year Location : Mohali , Phase 8B Budget : Good hike on current salary We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing website content to ensure higher search engine rankings, improving user experience, and driving organic traffic to our website. Key Responsibilities: Perform keyword research in coordination with business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities. Conduct on-page and off-page SEO audits and implement necessary improvements. Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and images for better search engine visibility. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. Develop and implement link-building strategies. Stay updated with the latest SEO, search engine, and digital marketing industry trends and best practices. Collaborate with the content and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented. Create and present performance reports regularly. Conduct competitor analysis and identify gaps and opportunities. Improve website speed and user experience (UX/UI) in collaboration with developers. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field. Proven experience as an SEO Executive or similar role. Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods. Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
