Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven SEO Executive with at least one year of experience to join our performance marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing and executing SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive measurable performance for clients across various industries. As part of our performance marketing team, you will work closely with digital marketing specialists to ensure SEO efforts align with overall campaign goals, improving client outcomes and ROI. Key Responsibilities: 1. SEO Strategy and Execution: Assist in the development and execution of client-specific SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic. Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-impact opportunities for optimization. 2. On-Page SEO: Optimize website content, including meta tags, headings, URLs, and images, ensuring compliance with SEO best practices. Collaborate with content teams to optimize landing pages, blog posts, and web copy to target high-converting keywords. Implement internal linking strategies and ensure proper site structure for improved crawlability. 3. Off-Page SEO: Support the execution of link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks. Assist in outreach campaigns for guest blogging and other link-building opportunities. 4. Content Optimization: Work closely with the content team to optimize existing content for search engines and user experience. Provide insights on keyword usage, content structure, and meta-data to improve the performance of blogs, articles, and other digital content. 5. Technical SEO: Assist in website audits to identify and address on-site technical issues impacting SEO performance (site speed, mobile optimization, crawl errors, etc.). Collaborate with the development team to resolve technical SEO issues and improve site performance. 6. Analytics and Reporting: Regularly monitor and report on the performance of SEO campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and more. Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion rates to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies. Assist in preparing client-facing SEO reports, showcasing key performance metrics and insights. Continuous Learning and Trend Monitoring:Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to implement cutting-edge strategies.Participate in team discussions, learning sessions, and training to expand SEO knowledge. Key Requirements: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably in a performance marketing or digital agency environment. Strong understanding of SEO principles, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and off-page strategies. Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge. Experience in monitoring and improving website performance and conversions.Strong analytical mindset and the ability to work with data to drive decision-making. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights to clients and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. Experience in performance marketing (PPC, CRO, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, or other reporting tools is a bonus. Show more Show less
