Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive organic search growth through comprehensive site audits, keyword research, content, Optimization, and competitor analysis.
Develop and execute a full-fledged SEO roadmap, identifying high-impact opportunities to boost organic traffic and lead generation.
Extensive experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) and optimize dynamic websites.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Development, Product, Compliance) to align SEO initiatives with business goals.
Define and optimize SEO & content strategies across multiple group websites, ensuring alignment with the company's growth objectives.
Person should have good knowledge of ASO (App Search Optimization)
Design and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and search visibility.
Improve website crawlability, indexing, page speed, mobile-friendliness, and UX for higher search rankings.
Proven track record of managing high-traffic websites (500K700K+ monthly organic visits), scaling visibility and performance.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree in marketing, information technology related field.
Certification in digital marketing or other relevant SEO certification.
Has past working experience with BFSI, fin-tech industry.
Experience in using the SEO, Analytics, and ontent Marketing tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager.
4+ Years of experience in effective search engine and app optimization.
