Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and results-driven SEO & Marketing Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our digital presence across multiple platforms. This role requires expertise in SEO for multiple websites, marketing operations management, and social media content coordination. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional with a strategic mindset who can oversee various marketing functions while ensuring consistency and effectiveness in execution. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. SEO Management (For Two Websites) Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and search rankings. Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits. Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs. Identify and fix SEO issues, including broken links, redirects, and duplicate content. Collaborate with the content team to ensure web content is optimized for SEO best practices. 2. Marketing Operations Management Handle marketing operations, like keeping and maintaining a repository of case studies and insights Keep a track and contribute to creating the social and website content calendar for CoreFlex and Salutem. Work closely with the design team, providing guidance and clear creative briefs for social media assets. Coordinate and track progress on marketing campaigns, asset creation, and deliverables. Gather L1 inputs from stakeholders and transform them into L2 documents for execution. Maintain an organized repository of marketing assets, campaigns, and reports. Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. 3. Social Media & Content Coordination Develop and execute a content strategy for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.). Research and draft engaging content ideas for social posts, ensuring alignment with brand tone and voice. Monitor social media engagement, track performance metrics, and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement. Requirements: 0-3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, and marketing operations. Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.). Strong understanding of content marketing and social media strategies. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Analytical mindset with experience in tracking and reporting key marketing metrics. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
