Role & responsibilities

On-Page SEO

Conduct keyword research.

Optimize category pages, product descriptions, landing pages, and blog content.

Ensure SEO-friendly URL structures, schema markup, and internal linking practices.

Improve website performance, page speed, and mobile responsiveness.

Off-Page SEO

Build and manage high-quality backlinks.

Optimize brand listings, online directories, bookmarking.

Monitor and strengthen domain authority and link profile.

Technical SEO

Conduct regular website audits to identify and fix crawl issues, indexing problems, broken links, and duplicate content.

Implement structured data

Coordinate with developers for site enhancements and technical improvements

Content & Analytics

Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-optimized blogs,

Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.

Prepare monthly SEO reports highlighting growth, insights, and strategy improvements.

AI SEO:

Share simple AI tips, prompt methods, and tool best practices with team members.

Review AI-generated content and refine it to match search intent, accuracy, and client tone.

Use AI tools to support SEO tasks like content optimization, metadata creation, keyword grouping, and page improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Mandatory Skills:

Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals and Google search best practices.

Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Trends.

Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from GA4, GSC.

Ability to perform accurate keyword intent analysis and prioritize opportunities.

Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress).

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website structure.

Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing SEO issues.

Good communication skills for working with content teams, developers.

Strong attention to detail and ability to QA SEO-related tasks.

Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Bonus: Basic experience using AI tools to speed up research or content workflows (not mandatory).
