SEO Analyst (B2B SaaS, Growth-Focused)

Job Description

The SEO Analyst will own the organic growth strategy , working closely with the marketing and tech teams. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical SEO expertise, and hands-on execution , focusing on keyword growth, domain authority, and large-scale content optimization . Your goal Massively scale our organic traffic, improve search rankings, and drive high-quality leads. Key Responsibilities 1. Keyword Strategy Content Planning Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities for short-term wins and long-term ranking growth . Develop a content roadmap outline the blog posts, landing pages, and pillar content that need to be created. Work with the content team and AI tools to generate optimized articles at scale. Establish refresh/update cycles to ensure evergreen content stays relevant and ranks higher over time . 2. SEO Performance Analytics Monitor, track, and report on key SEO metrics (organic traffic, keyword rankings, DA, CTRs, backlinks, etc). Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog to analyze site performance and spot growth opportunities . Set up weekly/monthly SEO reports with insights, trends, and recommendations. 3. Technical SEO Website Optimization Perform regular SEO audits and recommend fixes for crawlability, site speed, mobile usability, and indexation issues . Provide technical SEO insights to the tech team and website developers (structured data, schema markup, canonical tags, etc). Optimize site architecture, internal linking , and on-page elements (meta tags, headers, alt text, etc) . 4. Link-Building Domain Authority Growth Develop and execute a backlink acquisition strategy to increase domain authority . Scale guest blogging efforts , securing high-quality backlinks from relevant, authoritative websites . Build strategic partnerships for co-marketing, digital PR, and influencer collaborations . 5. AI-Driven SEO Automation Leverage AI-powered tools for content generation at scale , ensuring high-quality, SEO-optimized blog posts. Stay updated on AI-driven SEO advancements (programmatic SEO, automated keyword clustering, content gap analysis). Experiment with LLMs and AI tools for faster, smarter SEO execution. Qualifications Skills 1.5+ years of SEO experience, specifically in B2B SaaS or tech startups . Deep knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog). Strong understanding of keyword research, backlinking, technical SEO, and content optimization . Hands-on experience in increasing domain authority through guest posting and link-building strategies . Ability to develop and execute an SEO strategy that drives exponential organic traffic growth . Familiarity with AI-driven SEO tools (SurferSEO, Jasper, Copy.ai, ChatGPT, or others). Strong analytical skills ability to interpret data, spot trends, and make data-driven decisions . Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress (not mandatory but a plus). Experience working with engineering and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations.
