Role & responsibilities To Regularly Interact with all Customers both Corporate & International. (Both Voice & Non-voice) Thru Zoho CRM Platform. To Interact with Trade Portals like Indiamart / TradeIndia / Exporters India & increase the Company's Visibility Globally. To Interact with ZOHO, our CRM Partner & incorporate the latest features available in their platform. We are also exploring the possibility of integrating Zoho CRM with SAP (SAP will be Implemented this year). Training will be provided. 5. To Interact with our In-house SEO / SEM Team & increase On-line Visibility in Google / Yahoo / Bing and other search engines etc. To Coordinate with the SEO Team and assist them with Social media promotion and organize periodic Email Campaign To increase the Conversion rate of the Leads / Deals to Orders & make a weekly report & Interact with the other CRM Team Members periodically. Excellent English Communication is required for dealing with Corporate & International customers. Along with Local Indian OEMs ( we have close to 2500 customer base) Other general tasks as mutually defined by the coordinator. Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer with a diploma or engineering background to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for covering OEM and corporate customers in the southern region, including Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, and Telangana. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers - Identify new business opportunities and generate leads - Provide technical support and product demonstrations to customers - Conduct site visits and surveys to understand customer requirements - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues - Travel extensively (20-24 days/month) to cover assigned territories Requirements: - Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales. - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work and travel extensively - Knowledge of other languages is an advantage - Strong technical knowledge of mechanical or instrumentation systems - Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions Preferred Skills: - Experience in the industry (mechanical or instrumentation) - Familiarity with OEM and corporate customers - Strong network and relationship-building skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
