Senior/Sales Manager

As an individual working in the sales department, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Sales and Assistant Director of Sales in establishing a sales plan and budget aligned with the company's and hotels goals. Your role will involve maintaining and upgrading communication networks to ensure the hotel gains a competitive advantage in information and sales leads. Additionally, you will conduct market analysis, devise strategies for generating new business, and analyze sales results to recommend improvements. Timely furnishing of sales monthly reports, achieving budgeted room night quotas, and collaborating with various personnel are key aspects of your responsibilities. You may also be assigned other duties by the Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Sales, and Assistant Director of Sales.
