We are looking for Senors HR executive. As a Senior HR Executive in Munak, Punjab, you'll manage the employee life cycle, from recruitment to exit, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment . You'll also develop and implement HR strategies, manage employee relations, and contribute to the company's overall success. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and execute recruitment plans, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company. Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee grievances and conflicts. Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures. HR Policy and Procedure: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Performance Management: Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees. Develop and implement performance management plans. Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs for employees. Facilitate training sessions and workshops. Compensation and Benefits: Manage employee compensation and benefits programs. Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and analyse HR reports and metrics. Identify areas for improvement in HR processes. Other Responsibilities: Support the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies. Assist with other HR-related tasks as needed. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. Skills: Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational and time management skills. Other: Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Munak, Punjab.
