Job Location: Hyderabad Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days in a week) Experience Required: 8-10 Yrs Shift Time: 5PM- 2AM Preferably: Immediate Joiners Only Responsibilities: Design Performance Test Scripts for enterprise applications based on Requirements Participate in Performance bottleneck analysis and fixes Perform Performance Engineering & Performance Improvement activities Run and manage performance test campaigns Communicate progress and issues through regular Status Reports Collaborate with Business/ Application teams to improve system performance Assume primary responsibility as Performance Testing SPOC Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks for UI, API, and performance testing Implement and execute automated test scripts to validate functional, regression, and integration test cases. Create and maintain automated API test cases to ensure reliability, data integrity, and security.• Collaborate with the QA and development teams to define automation testing strategies, ensuring comprehensive test coverage. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and rapid delivery cycles. Regularly monitor test execution, refine scripts, and enhance framework efficiency for optimal performance. QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: B.E / Btech / M.E / MTech / M.S / MCA graduate (preferably from a reputed college or University) SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 8 to 10 years of experience in Performance Testing. Expert in Performance testing using tools like JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner. Strong knowledge of at least one automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG). Experience in API automation testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured, or similar. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript). Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, test planning, and execution. Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD integration. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
