Senior/Group Product Manager

• 3-8 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products.
• 2+ years of B2C experience is a must.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset, comfortable working with data analytics tools and making decisions based on quantitative insights.

The charter for this role will include

• Product Strategy:

  Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap that aligns with company objectives and market trends.

• Product Development:

  Drive the end-to-end product development process, including defining scope, setting timelines, and managing resources. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer needs and business objectives.

• Cross-Functional Leadership:

  Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap. Lead cross-functional teams in an agile environment, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.

• Requirements Gathering:

  Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements. Translate these requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Market Analysis:

  Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.

• Product Launch:
