Prompt underwriting decisions on the cases routed to him, in compliance with the given authority, for profitable conversions. Leading or playing a major role in managing and developing an agreed portfolio of accounts in order to maximise profitable revenue from new and renewal business to achieve budgeted numbers. Active engagement in the identification, prioritisation, negotiation and conversion of new Account relationships in line with agreed business strategies. Meeting with Clients/Channel partners, conducting risk inspections and penetrate the usage of digital platforms for risk improvements/solutions and quote/policy issuance, within TAT. Advice, guide and train Sales/Channel partners, team members on various line of businesses to enhance their knowledge in the domain. Responsible for maintaining service parameters related to Property underwriting Ensuring the team adheres to the guideline and policy of the organisation and govt authority on UW decision
BE / Btech / Any Graduate Minimum Experience: 2Years + years in UW profile
