Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior Web Developer with strong expertise in both frontend and backend development to lead and contribute to the architecture, design, and development of web applications. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coding, a keen eye for performance and scalability, and the ability to mentor junior developers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end development of complex web applications. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices. Design and implement backend services, RESTful APIs, and database schemas. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into responsive and interactive user interfaces. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance. Guide and mentor junior team members. Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and frameworks. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of professional web development experience. Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and frontend frameworks like React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Strong backend development skills using Node.js, Python, PHP, Java, or .NET. Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth), and security best practices. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
