We're Hiring: Senior Web Analyst Location : #Hyderabad -Hybrid 3 Days to Office Experience : 4- 7 Years Job Type : Full-time NP : Immediate Joiners Interview Mode: 1 round F2F is Mandatory Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Web Analyst with deep expertise in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) , Google Tag Manager (GTM) , data visualization , and technical SEO . The ideal candidate will also be aware of privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA and have experience working with large datasets using BigQuery and SQL . Familiarity with paid media analytics (Google Ads, Meta Ads) is a plus. This role will drive data-informed decisions by delivering actionable insights to stakeholders across marketing, product, and development teams. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in digital/web analytics. Hands-on expertise in GA4 , GTM , and technical SEO. Strong skills in Looker Studio , Power BI , and data storytelling. Working knowledge of GDPR , CCPA , and consent management practices. Proficiency in SQL ; BigQuery experience is a plus. Familiarity with paid media platforms ( Google Ads , Meta Ads ) is a bonus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Nice to Have: Experience with Adobe Analytics, Tealium, or other TMS/analytics tools. Understanding of browser dev tools, JavaScript, and HTML. Exposure to CRO tools like Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize. Key Responsibilities: Web Analytics Implementation & Strategy: Lead the setup, maintenance, and enhancement of GA4 across digital platforms. Develop and manage comprehensive tagging strategies using GTM . Document dataLayer requirements and ensure tracking aligns with business KPIs. Data Analysis & Insight Generation: Analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, and behavior patterns to uncover opportunities. Evaluate performance of marketing channels and user experience. Support A/B testing and CRO initiatives with actionable insights. Reporting & Visualization: Build intuitive dashboards and reports using Looker Studio and Power BI . Present insights with clarity to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Define and manage KPIs for business units and digital initiatives. Technical SEO & Organic Performance Monitoring: Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits (site speed, crawl issues, structured data). Monitor and report organic performance using tools like Google Search Console , Semrush , etc. Collaborate with developers and content creators to implement SEO recommendations. Privacy & Compliance: Ensure analytics implementation complies with GDPR , CCPA , and other data privacy laws. Work with legal and compliance teams to manage cookie consent and data collection frameworks. Support consent management platform integration and configuration. Paid Media Analytics (Added Advantage): Track and analyze Google Ads and Meta Ads performance using UTM tagging and conversion tracking. Assist in optimizing media spend through data-driven insights. BigQuery & SQL-based Data Engineering (Added Advantage): Perform advanced queries and custom data modeling using BigQuery and SQL . Build data pipelines to consolidate multi-source digital data for unified reporting. Data Quality & Governance: Audit tracking setups to ensure clean and consistent data flow.
