Job Description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Wealth Manager located in Gurugram. The Senior Wealth Manager will be responsible for managing and growing the wealth management business, acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships, and providing financial advice and solutions tailored to each client's needs. Roles & Responsibilities: Identify, acquire, and maintain relationships with HNI, SME, and affluent clients. Engage with both existing and new clients to convert and retain them. Ensure high-quality service and post-sales support to strengthen customer relationships. Understand client needs and recommend suitable investment, insurance, and financial products. Stay informed about various asset classes to suggest well-structured investment portfolios in collaboration with Investment and Product teams. Maintain client data, track discussions, analyse insights, and generate reports using available tech tools. Manage relationships with internal and external partners effectively. Ensure adherence to regulatory policies, client suitability guidelines, and internal processes. Qualifications: Graduate/MBA with 4 - 7 years of relevant experience. An educational background in Finance/Investment will be an advantage. Certification such as CFA/CFP. Compensation & Benefits: Fixed: Depends on experience & qualifications. Variable: Annual Performance Based Incentive, linked to a wealth book managed. Travelling expenses of client meets will be reimbursed as per company policy. Group Health Insurance.
