Roles & Responsibilities: Generating Leads and conversion of leads into business. Acquiring and managing HNI/SME, Affluent clients and individuals. Maintaining in depth knowledge of company products and services. Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Meeting sales/revenue targets. Managing Client portfolios & understand clients financial goals, risk tolerance, investment needs and provide solutions/advisory accordingly. Qualifications: Graduate/MBA with 4-7 years of relevant experience. An educational background in Finance/Investment will be an advantage. Compensation & Benefits: Fixed: upto 7 LPA - Depends on experience, qualifications. Variable: Annual Performance Based Incentive, linked to a wealth book managed. Travelling expenses of client meetings will be reimbursed as per the company policy. Group Health Insurance.
