Senior Warehouse Operations Executive

Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and space management.
• Familiarity with customs procedures, import/export regulations & trade compliance.
• Hands-on experience in MIS, WMS, Excel, Google Sheets, PPT & MS Word.
• Experience in multi-product warehousing & customer handling.
• Strong understanding of warehousing KPIs and operational best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & Marathi.
• Problem-solving, team management & organisational skills.
• Should stay within 45 minutes from the job location or be willing to relocate nearby.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storing & dispatching goods.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory management, stock reconciliation & MIS reporting.
  Manage daily operations, logistics planning & space utilization.
• Maintain safety, hygiene & security standards in warehouse premises.
• Coordinate with transporters, clients, vendors & customs as required.
• Plan dispatch schedules & monitor inbound/outbound shipments.
• Supervise team members & labour for loading/unloading activities.
• Ensure compliance with warehousing, handling & shipping norms.
• Maintain stock inventory and record the same in WMS

Conduct Audits of stocks and do Cycle Counts
