Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across group entities
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Review and consolidate financials for group companies in compliance with statutory and management reporting requirements
Manage inter-company transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations

Audit & Compliance

Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors for audit closure
Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements under Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other applicable laws
Prepare and review audit schedules, working papers, and documentation

Budgeting & MIS

Support preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide variance analysis
Prepare and present periodic MIS reports for management decision-making

Team Management

Supervise and guide accounting team members across group entities
Provide mentoring, training, and performance feedback to ensure high team performance

Preferred candidate profile

Must be CA with 10+ years of experience worked with group companies , & from manufacturing or trading company.
