Job Title: Senior Visualizer Experience Required: 3+ Years (preferably in an advertising/creative agency environment) Roles And Responsibilities: Ideation & Conceptualization: Develop clear, persuasive, and original creative advertising concepts that align with brand strategy and objectives. Creative Excellence: Consistently deliver high-quality creative work that enhances brand presence and meets or exceeds industry standards. Team Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters and other creative team members to brainstorm and develop campaign ideas and visual strategies. Creative Partnership: Collaborate with copywriters to bring concepts to life, ensuring cohesive storytelling and visual consistency. Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual work aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and communication goals. Multi-Channel Execution: Demonstrate ability to adapt and execute creative ideas across different channels, including print, digital, social media, and emerging platforms. Target Market Focus: Understand and interpret creative briefs with a strong grasp of the target audience and market relevance. Required Skills : Expertise in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW , and related tools. Strong visual design sensibility and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong communication and presentation skills.
