Define the creative strategy, aligning video content with objectives such as lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions . Develop audience-specific content based on demographic and psychographic insights. Focus on originality, setting trends rather than replicating existing ideas. Video Structure & Engagement Techniques Structure video content effectively: Hook: Instantly grab attention. Body: Utilize testimonials, B-roll footage, and tutorials to enhance storytelling. Call to Action (CTA): Leverage scarcity-based, direct, or story-driven CTAs to drive conversions. Process Optimization Lead and mentor a team of video editors, enhancing their technical and creative skills. Establish a systematic approach to video production by combining hooks, content structures, and CTAs to create multiple variations. Automate repetitive editing tasks to enhance efficiency. Testing, Analysis & Continuous Improvement Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective video elements. Monitor key performance metrics, including CTR (Click-Through Rate) and CPC (Cost Per Click) , to measure success. Continuously iterate and improve videos based on data insights. Documentation & Future Strategy Maintain detailed process documentation for future campaigns and training. Regularly review and refine video strategies, sharing successful approaches with the team Stay updated with industry trends to ensure video content remains relevant and impactful. Requirements Bachelordegree in Film Production, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field . Minimum 5 years of experience in video production and editing , with 2+ years in a leadership role . Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and After Effects . Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Strong understanding of storytelling, video production techniques, and audience engagement .
