Job Role:Conduct engaging and effective training sessions in verbal reasoning, English communication, and soft skills.Design and develop high-quality learning content, mock tests, and assignments for students preparing for competitive exams.Assess student performance and provide personalized feedback to enhance learning outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve course materials and delivery methods.Integrate modern digital tools and platforms for online and blended learning environments.Mentor students on test-taking strategies, grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and written communication.Contribute to workshops, webinars, and curriculum design for continuous program improvement. Requirements:Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics / English / Communication or related field (preferred: MA in Applied Linguistics).3+ years of experience in English/verbal training for exams like GMAT, CAT, GRE, SAT, etc.Experience in content writing and editing for academic or corporate purposes.Strong command of English grammar, vocabulary, and pedagogy.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, Canva, and educational tech platforms.
