🎨 Senior UX Designer Location: In-Office (Noida, India) Team: Design Type: Full-time About Sustainiam At Sustainiam, we’re building a high-impact, real-time exchange platform as part of a broader SaaS product suite . Our tools power fast, data-driven decisions—and your job is to make sure the interface doesn’t feel like a spreadsheet exploded. We’ve got real clients, real revenue, and the kind of product roadmap that changes mid-sprint. Now we’re looking for a Senior UX Designer who can bring structure to the madness and craft intuitive experiences for dashboards, data flows, and high-stakes user journeys. What You’ll Do Lead UX design for our exchange platform and SaaS dashboards, making complex systems feel fast, simple, and usable. Translate product ideas and technical constraints into clear, frictionless user experiences. Create intuitive flows for real-time trading interfaces, user dashboards, and onboarding journeys. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing (and sometimes all at once). Run user interviews, usability testing, and apply feedback without losing your mind. Build and evolve our design system—because “reusable components” are your love language. Ship it fast, and make it look intentional—chaos, but make it clean. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design—preferably in SaaS, fintech, exchange platforms, or dashboard-heavy products. A strong portfolio showing how you simplify complexity into clean, effective design. Proficiency in Figma and working within (and evolving) design systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Someone who loves shipping fast, iterating often, and sweating the small stuff. If you’ve worked at a startup before—you’ll blend right in. We’re a young, energetic team that thrives on momentum and memes. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or equivalent hands-on experience backed by great work. Bonus Points If You… Have worked on exchange platforms, real-time tools, or anything with high data velocity. Know how to make dashboards that tell stories—not just display charts.
