Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
Source candidates through job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), social media, and referrals.
Screen candidates for technical fit, communication skills, and cultural alignment.
Negotiate compensation rates (W2/1099/C2C) and close offers effectively.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding with clients and candidates.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and database for future requirements.
Stay updated with US work authorization types (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen, etc.).
Work closely with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to meet client expectations.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree or equivalent.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment or US Staffing.
Strong understanding of US tax terms and visa classifications.
Proficiency in using job boards, ATS, and sourcing tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
