Overview : Role : US IT Recruiter Location: T.Nagar, Chennai Work hours: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM (IST) Exp : 5 to 7 Yrs Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven US IT Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in full-cycle recruitment in the US IT staffing industry, with a strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), work authorizations (US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, OPT, etc.), and experience working with job boards and vendor networks. Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients and requisitions. Source and screen candidates through various channels (Job Boards, LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, social media, etc.). Work on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions. Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates/salaries, and follow up with candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs. Maintain candidate and client communication throughout the hiring process. Submit qualified candidates to clients and ensure timely feedback. Ensure compliance with client requirements and maintain database accuracy. Maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and account managers Required Skills: Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in US IT recruitment . Strong understanding of US tax terms , work visa classifications , and employment types . Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and internal ATS . Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in IT roles. Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines.
