Job Title: Senior Infrastructure Planner / Urban Designer / Expert

Qualification:

Post-Graduate in Urban Design / Environmental Planning or equivalent.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Urban / Infrastructure Planning sector.

Job Summary:

The Senior Infrastructure / Urban Designer will lead the strategic planning and execution of urban and infrastructure development projects. The role involves developing long-term infrastructure strategies, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring that all projects align with sustainable urban growth and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop long-term infrastructure development strategies aligned with urban and regional planning objectives.
• Conduct technical, financial, and environmental feasibility studies for proposed infrastructure projects.
• Prepare, review, and update master plans for transportation, utilities, housing, and other urban infrastructure components.
• Coordinate with government bodies, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective planning and implementation.
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents, bid evaluations, and contractor selection processes.
• Ensure all infrastructure projects comply with legal, environmental, and safety standards.
• Utilize Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and spatial data for informed decision-making and project visualization.
• Prepare accurate project cost estimates and support financial planning for infrastructure investments.
• Monitor and evaluate project implementation to ensure alignment with planning goals and timelines.
• Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of urban infrastructure planning and development policies.
• Proficiency in GIS tools, AutoCAD, and relevant planning software.
• Excellent analytical, financial, and report-writing skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Knowledge of environmental and statutory compliance in infrastructure projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,342.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
