Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally talented Senior UI/UX Developer who possesses a rare blend of artistic vision and technical prowess. The ideal candidate should be a creative problem-solver with a strong foundation in UI/UX design principles, expertise in translating Figma mockups into pixel-perfect HTML/CSS, and proficiency in building scalable React applications. Responsibilities: End-to-End UI/UX Development: Translate Figma mockups and wireframes into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML/CSS layouts Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and user experience best practices. Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design to enhance user satisfaction. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility (WCAG standards) across all UI components. Optimize designs for performance, scalability, and responsiveness across devices (mobile, tablet, desktop). Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform. React Development & Implementation: Develop and maintain responsive and performant user interfaces using React.js and its ecosystem (e.g., Redux/Context API, React Router, Material-UI/Ant Design, Styled Components). Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Collaborate closely with backend developers to seamlessly integrate UI components with internal and external APIs. Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design and React development. API Integration & Logic Handling: Proficiently integrate with various internal and external APIs, including RESTful and GraphQL services. Experience with integrating with web builder platforms and understanding their underlying APIs. Ability to implement logic within the frontend to handle data transformations, state management, and user interactions effectively. Knowledge of techniques for building and deploying websites programmatically through code. Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively within an agile development team, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and other developers to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.. Deadline Management: Effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines in a dynamic environment. Proactively identify and communicate potential roadblocks or delays. Problem-Solving & Innovation: Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex UI/UX challenges. Be proactive in proposing innovative solutions and improvements to the user experience and application architecture. Qualifications & Skills: Proven track record (5+ years) as a UI/UX Developer with significant experience in UI/UX & React development. Exceptional portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, visual design, and responsive web development. Mastery of React.js and its core concepts, including component lifecycle, state management, hooks, and performance optimization. Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like Sass or Less), and JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with API integration (RESTful, GraphQL) and data handling in frontend applications. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git). Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and accessibility standards. Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in complex projects. A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Bonus Points: Experience with microservices architecture. Familiarity with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python). Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines. Experience with data visualization libraries. Contributions to open-source projects.
