Key Responsibilities: Automation Development & Deployment Design and develop end-to-end RPA solutions using UiPath. Perform requirement analysis and feasibility checks for automation opportunities. Ensure code quality, reusability, and adherence to RPA best practices. Implement exception handling, logging, and error recovery processes. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and guide a team of UiPath developers. Allocate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of projects Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Build a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Project Management Work closely with business stakeholders to understand automation requirements. Create and maintain project documentation, including process design documents (PDD), solution design documents (SDD), and test cases. Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables for automation projects. Communicate project updates, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders. Technical Expertise Develop complex workflows and reusable components in UiPath Studio. Integrate UiPath with external applications using APIs and web services. Optimize existing automation processes for performance and scalability. Stay updated with UiPath features, tools, and industry trends. . Operational Support o Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of automation solutions. o Monitor robot performance and address technical issues promptly. o Assist in setting up and maintaining UiPath Orchestrator. Qualifications: o Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. o 5+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in a lead role. o Advanced proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components. o Strong understanding of RPA concepts, frameworks, and best practices. o Experience in scripting (e.g., Python, PowerShell) and database queries (SQL). o Familiarity with integration methods such as REST APIs and SOAP. o Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. o Proven leadership and team management experience. Preferred Skills: o UiPath certifications (e.g., UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer). o Experience with AI and ML integration in RPA workflows. o Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma. o Understanding of cloud platforms and deployment (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP). Soft Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. o Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. o Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. o A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional team
