As a Travel Consultant at Hayal Travel, your primary responsibilities will include: - Engaging with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget, providing customized and premium travel solutions. - Coordinating complex travel itineraries including flights, accommodation, car rentals, and tour packages for individuals and groups. - Staying well-informed of global travel trends, destination insights, visa regulations, and safety advisories to offer expert recommendations. - Acting promptly to resolve travel-related issues, changes, or emergencies, ensuring minimal disruption to client plans. - Driving revenue by promoting and upselling luxury travel packages, ancillary services, and exclusive offers. - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-value clients to secure repeat business and referrals. - Ensuring all bookings comply with international travel regulations and company policies. - Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and bookings; submitting regular performance reports to management. Additionally, you will be expected to support and mentor junior travel consultants to foster knowledge-sharing and best practices. You will also collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and represent the company at travel events or expos.
