This position will be responsible for performing global classifications in the Harmonized Tariff System and Export Control Classification Numbers. The ideal candidate will be subject matter expert to determine import/export classifications using WCO Explanatory rules, GRI, Customs and Court Rulings of different countries, EAR, ITAR, NRC etc. The compliance specialist will also work closely with and provide guidance to trade staff located globally in US, China, EU & APAC.
