Role & responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads. Answer inbound calls and provide product/service information. Convince and convert leads into sales by explaining product benefits. Maintain a positive relationship with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention. Guide and mentor junior telecallers to improve performance. Conduct training sessions on call handling, sales techniques, and customer service. Monitor and provide feedback to improve the team's effectiveness. Identify new prospects through cold calling, referrals, and databases. Maintain records of customer interactions and track follow-ups. Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools. Preferred candidate profile Goal-oriented & self-motivated Driven to achieve sales targets . Proficiency in sales software & CRM tools Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM platforms. Confident & energetic Fluency in local language Team player & independent worker Knowledge of market trends, competitor analysis, and sales strategies .
