Job Description

Role Overview:

Senior Technology Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using
Java and Python
.
Lead the implementation of
microservices architecture
and ensure seamless integration across services.
Drive cloud-native application development and deployment on
AWS, GCP, or Azure
.
Define and implement
SRE practices
, including
APM
,
metrics
,
logs
,
traces
,
SLOs
, and
SLIs
.
Integrate and optimize
observability platforms
such as
Dynatrace, Datadog, AppDynamics, New Relic, Grafana, Instana
, and
ServiceNow AIOps
.
Design and implement
GenAI/LLM-based solutions
for operational automation and intelligent copilots.
Architect robust
API and integration frameworks
for observability and operational tools.
Evaluate and select appropriate
SQL/NoSQL databases
(e.g., PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis) based on application needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
Lead
DevOps
and
CI/CD
integration efforts, including containerization and orchestration using
Kubernetes
.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear articulation of technical concepts and architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:
Java and Python development expertise
Microservices architecture and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Application architecture and design for Java-based systems
SRE principles and observability practices
Hands-on experience with observability platforms (Dynatrace, Datadog, etc.)
GenAI/LLM-based solution design
API & integration architecture
Database design and selection (SQL/NoSQL)
DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proven stakeholder management and articulation capabilities

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
Experience with AI/ML or GenAI frameworks
Exposure to enterprise IT Ops environments
