Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Technician at Expertzz Automation and Home Cinemas located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Senior Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting home automation systems and home cinema equipment. They will also provide technical support to customers to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions. Qualifications Experience in installing and maintaining home automation systems and home cinema equipment Knowledge of audiovisual technologies and systems integration Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong customer service skills Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CEDIA, Control4) are a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is preferred or ITI in Electrical and Electronics Show more Show less
