As a Senior Technical Writer within Product Enablement at Leapwork, your role is crucial in ensuring clear understanding and adoption of Leapwork's products both internally and externally. Your responsibilities include: - Creating and maintaining clear, accurate, and accessible documentation for product features, updates, and releases. - Writing and editing release notes with an audience-focused narrative to highlight impactful product changes. - Supporting visual communication by transforming complex updates into diagrams, infographics, or short videos. - Ensuring consistency, clarity, and tone across all documentation and release communications. - Anticipating information needs for upcoming releases and staying informed about product development cycles. - Collaborating with Product Enablement peers and cross-functional teams to improve documentation structure and accessibility for users. - Meeting deadlines effectively and maintaining high-quality standards in all deliverables. Your core skills should include: - High proficiency in English, both written and spoken. - Proven experience in technical writing, with the ability to adapt quickly to new domains and complex systems. - Strong visual thinking and storytelling abilities in documentation. - Familiarity with APIs, digital platforms, or technical processes. - Experience with content management and collaboration tools. - Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and organizational skills. - Understanding of Agile workflows and product development cycles. - Experience leveraging AI tools or agentic systems for content creation.
