Senior Technical Writer

As a Senior Technical Writer at RedBlack, you will play a crucial role in the success of the flagship investment management platform by creating high-quality documentation. Your responsibilities will include: - Writing technical documentation, internal documentation, end-user documentation, online help, API documentation, tutorials, knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and release notes. - Collaborating with developers, quality engineers, product owners, and UX designers to enhance product usability. - Learning about the investment management domain, gaining comprehensive knowledge of the product, and understanding how clients use the product and the documentation they require. - Collaborating with the marketing team to create product content for marketing channels. - Working directly with senior management to design the learning architecture and enhance documentation standards and style guides.
