The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, providing excellent customer support, and mentoring junior team members. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer queries in a timely manner. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or development teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality. Ensure documentation of issues and resolutions for future reference. Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4-5+ years of experience in technical support or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting (LAN, WAN, VPN). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, M365) and remote support tools. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
