We want to hear from you if you have a proven track record in International Tech Sales and Printer Support Calls Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer calls related to printer connectivity issues (printer not connecting to a computer, driver installation problems, etc.). Take remote access of customers' computers to diagnose and troubleshoot printer issues. Convert every tech support call into a sale by offering security software, cleanup services, and maintenance plans . Manage and close sales for printer activation calls, pop-up calls, and router troubleshooting calls . Work in a target-based environment and consistently achieve sales goals. Provide an excellent customer experience while ensuring maximum revenue generation. Required Skills & Experience: 3+ years of experience in Technical Sales (International Voice Process USA/UK) Prior experience handling printer support calls, pop-up calls, router calls Strong ability to convert inbound tech support calls into sales Excellent communication & persuasion skills in English Remote troubleshooting expertise (taking remote access to resolve customer issues) Experience in handling B2C Tech Sales and meeting aggressive sales targets Ability to handle objections and upsell software or tech services effectively Why Join Us?
