As a Senior Technical Recruiter at XenonStack, your role will involve managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process for various technical positions. This includes tasks such as sourcing, interviewing, and hiring. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure a smooth hiring experience. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct full-life cycle recruiting for technical positions - Source and screen candidates effectively - Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements - Develop and implement recruitment strategies - Evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles - Utilize recruitment tools and platforms efficiently - Work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers - Ensure a seamless hiring process for all stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and general Recruiting skills - Excellent Hiring and Communication skills - Strong ability to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles - Experience in using recruitment tools and platforms effectively - Ability to work collaboratively with team members and hiring managers - Relevant experience in technical recruitment in a fast-paced environment - Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred As a Senior Technical Recruiter at XenonStack, your role will involve managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process for various technical positions.
