Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in

    US IT recruiting

    or staffing.
  • Strong understanding of US recruitment processes, tax terms and immigration types
  • Ability to read and understand technical job descriptions (Python, Java, Azure, AWS, QA, Data Engineering, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience using sourcing tools like

    Dice, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed

    , and Boolean search.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a

    US night shift

    environment.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience working with VMS/MSP clients.
  • Familiarity with ATS systems (e.g., Bullhorn, JobDiva, CEIPAL).
