Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Expert Sourcing | W2 | USC Focus) Location: Hi-Tech City, HYD (Onsite) Type: Full-Time | Night Shift (EST/CST preferred) Experience: 2+ years in US IT Recruitment About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter with deep expertise in sourcing top IT and Non-IT talent across the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Fulltime and W2 sourcing , working with US Citizens (USCs) , and independently handling end-to-end recruitment cycles. You should have a keen ability to understand job requirements quickly, source qualified candidates using various platforms, and ensure a high submission-to-interview ratio. This is a target-driven role , ideal for professionals who thrive in a high-performance, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Independently understand technical job descriptions and client requirements. Source qualified candidates using job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn, internal databases, and other sourcing strategies. Strong focus on W2 sourcing and experience in working with US Citizens (USCs) and Green Card holders. Conduct initial screening, evaluate technical skills, and coordinate interviews. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles. Track and meet weekly/monthly targets for candidate submissions and interviews. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) regularly. Communicate effectively with hiring managers and internal teams. Ensure quality delivery within turnaround time. Requirements: 2 to 5 years of US IT recruitment experience with hands-on sourcing expertise. Strong experience in sourcing and placing W2 candidates and working with USCs . Ability to understand a wide range of technical job roles (IT or Non-IT). Proficient in sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster etc.). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly organized. Experience with ATS tools and recruitment CRMs. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Lead Experience is a plus. Show more Show less
