Roles and Responsibilities Source top talent through various channels such as referrals, job boards, social media, employee networks, and internal databases. Conduct initial screening calls with candidates to assess their technical skills and fit for the role. Coordinate interviews between hiring managers and shortlisted candidates. Manage candidate pipelines by tracking progress, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely updates on interview schedules. Negotiate compensation packages and other terms with selected candidates. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in product hiring or technical recruitment. Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and programming languages like Java, Python, C++, etc. . Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
