Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Senior Technical Recruiter at Codewinglet Private Limited. The Senior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, and technical recruiting, as well as effective communication with candidates and stakeholders. QualificationsFull-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Recruiting skillsExcellent communication skillsExperience in hiring for technical rolesAbility to build relationships with candidates and internal teamsKnowledge of industry best practices in recruitingBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience in the technology industry is a plus
