Senior Technical Project Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Technical Project Manager at Milestone Technologies, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various technology-driven projects within the organization. Your role will require a robust technical expertise and exceptional project management skills to ensure effective planning, implementation, and completion of complex projects within defined schedules and budgets. Key Responsibilities: - Strong knowledge of Agile principles and processes. - Proficiency in project management tools and techniques. - Hands-on experience with JIRA configurations and dashboard creation for executive reporting. - Monitor and assess project progress, taking proactive steps to maintain trajectory. - Foster a collaborative atmosphere among teams. - Deliver projects consistently within estimated timelines and profitability. - Handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage large teams effectively. - Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders for technical feasibility. - Efficiently manage and utilize project resources. - Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress. - Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques. - Report and escalate project issues to management when necessary. - Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. - Proficient in risk management to identify, assess, mitigate, and communicate risks throughout the project lifecycle. - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. - Track project performance to analyze successful goal completion. - Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis. - Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and staff. - Ensure overall adherence to customer milestones. - Ability to quickly learn new technologies, software, and concepts. - Perform other related duties as assigned. - Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps for documentation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field. - 10+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years in an Agile environment. - PMP, CSM, SAFe, or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
