Job Summary
The Senior Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing and leading design projects, ensuring the implementation of Mechanical Design Fundamentals, CAD Design Skills, and Unigraphics NX. The primary objective of this role is to deliver high-quality design solutions while effectively utilizing the mentioned tools and skills. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards2. Utilize mechanical design fundamentals to create innovative and efficient design solutions3. Proficiently use cad design skills to develop detailed designs and technical drawings4. Expertise in unigraphics nx to enhance product development and design processes5. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design elements6. Conduct design reviews, provide feedback, and implement necessary revisions7. Stay updated on industry trends and technologies related to mechanical design fundamentals, cad design skills, and unigraphics nx8. Mentor junior design team members and provide guidance on best practicesSkill Requirements
1. In-depth understanding of mechanical design fundamentals2. Proficiency in cad design skills with hands-on experience in creating technical drawings3. Advanced knowledge of unigraphics nx for product design and development4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities6. Ability to work effectively in a team environment7. Attention to detail and quality oriented mindsetCertifications: Relevant certifications in CAD Design Skills or Unigraphics NX are a plus
