Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead with strong expertise in Enablon EH&S software to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of enterprise-level Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) systems. The ideal candidate will be a techno-functional expert with deep understanding of COTS EHS applications, Enablon builder tools, and pharmaceutical GxP environments.This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, process owners, and IT teams to ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and system reliability in managing sustainability, environmental performance, and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Implementation :
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Enablon EH&S applications across the enterprise.
- Utilize the Enablon Builder Toolset to configure modules for Environment, Health, Safety, Quality, and Risk Management.
- Translate business and regulatory requirements into system configurations, workflows, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business analysts, domain experts, and developers to ensure alignment with EHS goals and compliance requirements.
- Technical Leadership :
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for Enablon architecture, configuration, and integration.
- Oversee application customization, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Manage Enablon upgrades, patch implementations, and system validation activities under GxP compliance.
- Mentor and guide junior team members in Enablon configuration and solution delivery best practices.
- Business Process Enablement :
- Partner with EHS and operations teams to streamline processes such as incident reporting, audits, inspections, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure accurate data capture and analytics for sustainability reporting and greenhouse gas (GHG) emission tracking.
- Support KPI dashboards, automated reports, and workflow optimizations for operational excellence.
- Integration & Data Management :
- Work closely with IT teams to integrate Enablon with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and other enterprise platforms.
- Leverage relational database technologies and tools such as SQL Server, SSAS, SSIS, and SSRS for data processing and analytics.
- Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance across Enablon and interfaced systems.
- Compliance & Validation :
- Ensure all development and configuration activities comply with pharmaceutical industry standards and GxP regulations.
- Participate in SDLC documentation, validation testing, and change management processes.
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections by maintaining system traceability and & Experience :
Education
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
Experience
- Experience in specifically in Enablon implementation and configuration.
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect in EHS management systems (preferably Enablon).
- Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry experience with exposure to GxP-regulated SDLC environments is mandatory.
- Hands-on expertise with Enablon Builder Toolset (Builder certification required).
- Strong background in SQL Server, data modeling, and reporting tools (SSAS, SSIS, SSRS).
