Job Description

Role & responsibilities Should have prior experience in collections (preferably B2B collections) Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication Skills (verbal and written) with an inclination towards achieving customer satisfaction. Contact Customer through available mediums (phone calls/ emails etc) Ensure adherence to service quality procedures when performing collection activities Reviewing list of accounts allocated and strategize accordingly. Review and analyze customer account and prepare an excel spreadsheet statement before contacting customer Achieve daily customer contact/ collection targets as per defined performance metrics Working knowledge of Ms office products (excel and word) Working knowledge of SAP systems/ environment would be preferable
