Job title: Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist (Domestic) Location: Hinjewadi, Pune Working days: Monday to Saturday Shift Timings: 9AM to 7PM Qualifications: Bachelors degree, Human Resources, Business, or a related field Evaluation: CV and application review, written assessment, two rounds of interviews. Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Job Purpose: TESTQ Technologies is a global IT, services and solutions company headquartered in the UK with strong operational base in India and the US. This role requires a candidate to support our professional services division which specializes in technical recruitment. Candidates are required to work from our office in Hinjewadi, Pune. Job Description (Main Duties and Responsibilities): 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment. Prior experience in domestic staffing is required. Strong knowledge of technical roles, industry trends, and emerging technologies Proven ability to source, interview, and evaluate candidates effectively. Sourcing candidates primarily by head hunting, referencing and social networking sites, Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, indeed, Shine, LinkedIn RPS, job postings on Various Job portals, Search engines, and other advanced Internet search techniques. Hands on experience in C2H/ Contract staffing/ Contract to Hire, Permanent roles. Pre-screening candidates for a thorough evaluation of technical fit to the requirement Scheduling & coordinating interviews of shortlisted candidates Responsible for negotiating terms and facilitating acceptance of the offer. Ensuring joining & post-joining formalities Stake Holder Management You will be tasked with managing accounts, client communication, and ensuring the fulfillment of all requirements. Key Skills, Qualifications [The candidate must demonstrate these in all stages of assessment]: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or a related field. Excellent knowledge of the IT Recruitment industry Excellent ability to connect and interface with professionals Ability to interface with clients and manage transactions Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
