Summary of the Role: As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, assessments, candidate endorsements, offer negotiations, and onboarding. This role involves maintaining accurate records in the ATS, providing regular updates on recruitment metrics, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of corporate recruitment and global talent acquisition experience, and proficiency in ATS, assessment tools, job boards, and spreadsheet tools. Willingness to work full-time onsite with flexible schedules, including night shifts, is essential. What you will do: Executing comprehensive recruitment processes, encompassing screening, interviewing, online assessments, candidate endorsements, offer discussions, and onboarding. Maintaining accurate records and managing updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, progress, and challenges. Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Negotiating and extending job offers, ensuring all details are accurately reflected in the job offer forms and contracts. What you bring: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 8-10 years of working experience in corporate recruitment and global talent acquisition. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of recruitment tools such as Zoho ATS and/or other ATS, online skills assessment tools, and job boards. Proficient in spreadsheet tools such as Google Sheets and MS Excel.
