Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Talent Management Associate to support our efforts in identifying, engaging, and managing emerging talent. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about people, communication, and the inner workings of a dynamic HR team. Youll gain hands-on experience in sourcing strategies, stakeholder interaction, and candidate engagementall while learning how to pitch our brand to potential future team members.

  • Partner with delivery managers and functional leaders to understand workforce planning and team expansion requirements.
  • Create and deliver strong, persuasive pitches to potential candidates that highlight the companys culture, growth opportunities, and role impact.
  • Communicate job expectations clearly and compellingly across channels and touchpoints, ensuring alignment between candidate goals and business objectives.
  • Identify, map, and approach high-potential talent across platforms including professional networks, events, communities, and referrals. • Build talent pipelines by engaging both active and passive candidates through thoughtful outreach and continuous follow-ups.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by presenting the organization professionally and enthusiastically to prospective candidates.
  • Manage the full cycle of the talent acquisition process—from identification, engagement, and evaluation to offer management and onboarding coordination.
  • Manage the 1-year journey of employees—from onboarding through engagement, tracking progress, and supporting transitions into more senior roles.
  • Use data to evaluate communication effectiveness, sourcing outcomes, and channel performance to refine outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on employer branding, talent campaigns, and candidate experience initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree (completed or final semester) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 4–6 years of experience in HR, talent management, or a related domain.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an eagerness to learn and grow in the HR space.
  • Interest in talent engagement, sourcing, and communication-driven roles.
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently with attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Positive attitude, team spirit, and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn, job portals, or HR tools is a plus.
