Candidates must have experience in C2H hiring and be available for IMMEDIATE JOINING. Job Description 3 to 4 years of experience in IT Recruitment for the Indian Market. IT Recruitment experience is must. Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches. Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications and skill sets as per clients requirements Technical knowledge and awareness in the leading technologies will be an added advantage Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously Handle full life cycle of contract / fulltime IT recruitment process, an end to end recruitment Strong team player and a lead with positive mind-set to drive results from the team The ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed. Good command in verbal and written communication skills.
