Learn more at gradiant.com. Role Overview The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. You will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and Human Resource professionals to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Responsibilities Talent Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilizing various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry connections, to actively source and attract qualified candidates. Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and evaluating candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture. Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending offers and negotiating terms. Relationship Building Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with Hiring Managers and other key stakeholders to understand their staffing needs, providing timely support and progress updates. Employer Branding And Promotion Promoting Gradiant as an employer of choice through effective employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, career fairs, and industry events. Candidate Experience Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely communication, feedback, and support. Soliciting feedback from candidates and hiring managers to continuously improve recruitment practices and enhance the overall candidate experience. Data Analysis And Reporting Generating regular reports and dashboards to communicate recruitment outcomes, challenges, and opportunities to key stakeholders Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter with end-to-end volume-based recruiting experience in-house is an advantage In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws and regulations. Service oriented individual with good stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
